Kindertons will: -
  • Provide a branded claims line (0845)
  • Deal with any claim relating to your clients motor policy (Fire, Theft, Own Damage, Vandalism, Windscreen, Fault or Non-fault)
  • Validate cover directly with yourself
  • Report the claim to the clients insurers
  • Where appropriate, arrange inspection of the clients vehicle
  • Arrange repairs to the clients vehicle (when covered by policy)
  • Track claims until completion
  • Provide monthly or quarterly management reports
Kindertons will instruct their Uninsured Loss Team in the event of a non-fault accident (see Motor Legal Expenses Insurance).
