Insure Taxi Team Up With Kindertons
Kindertons provide a complete solution for taxi vehicle claims
Cheshire based Insurance Broker ‘InsureTAXI’ has teamed up with the Accident Management Company Kindertons to offer their policy holders a full vehicle claims service.

Kindertons Elated at Winning Industry Award.
Accident Management Company of the Year 2009, Repairers Choice.
The Hinckley Island Hotel, Leicestershire played host to the ABP Club’s Night of Knights 3rd Annual Convention and Awards Ceremony on Tuesday 20th of October.
The prestigious event is well renowned within the autobody professionals industry and the ABP Club had over 390 delegates in attendance, ranging from vehicle repairers to suppliers.
On the night, Kindertons scooped the award for ‘ABP Club Accident Management Company of the Year, Repairers Choice 2009’.
Mathew Scott, Marketing Executive of Kindertons added “We are all extremely delighted with winning the award and this is all the more special as it’s voted for by fellow industry professionals.

Kindertons Recognised by South Cheshire Chamber.
Best Large Business of the Year 2009, sponsored by NatWest.
On Friday the 6th November, Crewe Hall Events Centre hosted the annual South Cheshire Chamber Business Awards, this awards ceremony recognises local companies who are performing well in their industry.
Throughout the evening the emphasis was placed on the recession and how businesses in struggling industries have come through and are now flourishing going into the New Year, with the aim to reward these companies and give recognition to deserving businesses in South Cheshire.
There was a variation of awards, including International Trade Award, Young Business Man of the Year and Best Start Up Business. Kindertons were shortlisted for Employer of The Year and Large Business of The Year.
Large Business of the Year is always the final award of the evening and is regarded as the biggest accolade from the Chamber, the award is not judged solely on Turnover or number of employees but how you operate as a business and your company journey from start up to present. Entrants for the award range from Bentley Motors and Lady Verdin Trust to St. Johns Ambulance.
To our delight Kindertons were not only nominated but won the award!
The high service standards and continual growth of Kindertons were mentioned along with the atmosphere and community spirit amongst employers and employees within the company. Thomas Buckley, Stephanie Tagg, Craig Dutton and I attended the event and I’m sure we will all agree it was an enjoyable evening.
This is a great achievement and will provide huge local brand awareness and recognition for the company.

Kindertons ‘Cards are on the table, March 2009
Kindertons are exhibiting yet again at the BIBA Conference, which is hosted this year in Manchester and takes place on May 13th, 14th and 15th. This year we are literally
putting their cards on the table!
Delivering an entertainment and casino theme to the exhibition, complete with Casino facilities, we will be giving the visitors to our stand a chance to walk away with many give aways and prizes.

Always First to Respond, March 2009

With newly appointed Team Manager Tina O’Neil at the helm, Kindertons First Response Team is flourishing. The team now answer all of direct dial numbers for head office and are quickly developing into a customer service team, having answered over 12000 calls in January of this year and now currently take on average 600 calls a day.
Tina commented, “I am very proud of the team, they are working so hard and have been very receptive regarding the changes, in fact they have told me that they are enjoying the challenges.
It has been great to receive such positive feedback from claims handlers and team managers regarding the impact that we are making and the fact that the calls we are now dealing with means that the claims teams have considerably more time to get on with their client based work”.

Africa Comes to Cheshire, March 2009

As Red Nose Day ‘09 hits the nation on Friday March 13th, Kindertons Accident
Management are preparing to bring a touch of Africa to the Head Office in Cheshire!
In late 2008, Kindertons employee Tanya Houghton arrived back from a nine-week
mercy mission to Mombassa, Kenya, where she had been working with children who had been abandoned or orphaned as a result of HIV/AIDS, or whose families are entrenched in poverty and unable to take care of them.
With this in mind an African theme was decided on for the office, there is sure to be some fantastic fancy dress outfits ranging from various animals to tribal clothing.
Accompanying the African theme Kindertons are also having various other ways of
raising money including charity haircuts, waxing’s and red food day…all in a bid to raise as much money as possible for Red Nose Day.
Kindertons have promised to double the total raised by the staff in a bid to maximise the amount donated.

Latest Signing in Accident on Route, March 2009
Kindertons this month unveiled their new Business Development Manager, Lindsey Kirby, responsible for managing Kindertons Clients in the Southern Area of England. Lindsey is based at the London office, however on her first official trip to Head Office in Crewe, Cheshire she in fact had her first taste of the ‘Kindertons Accident Management Scheme’ first hand.
After making her long journey North, she unfortunately was involved in a non-fault accident with a lorry less than 2 miles from Kindertons House. Lindsey was said to be very embarrassed about such an incident on her first day but was very impressed with the service she is now selling! Mathew Scott, Marketing Executive added, “You could not make this kind of thing up really, the main thing is that no one was injured and Lindsey is now back on the road”.
Lindsey has an extensive background in the Accident Management Industry, having worked many years for a competitor of Kindertons, thus bringing a priceless amount of experience to the organisation and a fresh approach to her role as Business Development Manager for Kindertons Clients in the South of England.
With the increasing demand from work providers in the South, Kindertons have been increasing staff numbers in all areas, coinciding Lindsey’s arrival with the addition of new claims handlers and apprentices.

Team Manager Takes a Back Seat (For Once!) March 2009.
Andy Murfin, Team Manager and integral member of the Kindertons Staff is putting himself in the back seat of a race car to be driven round a track by his Father, this sounds like an easy task, however Andy’s Father is unfortunately 99% blind, leaving the navigating to the back seat driver.
The event will be raising money for the good cause that is ‘Guide Dogs for the blind’ and is taking place at the Three Sisters Race Track in Wigan on 18th March 2009. The sponsorship forms have been going round the office and Kindertons are trying to raise as much money as possible for a charity that is close to everyone’s hearts.

The New Class Graduate, February 2009.

With Claims Handlers being key members of the work force in the organisation, Kindertons has got an extensive training programme to ensure all members of each team are fully trained and are experienced in dealing with variations of Accident Claims.
The Full Training Programme lasts for 6 months in total, allowing the Claims Handlers to familiarise themselves with all aspects of the profession and gaining valuable experience from the training staff and other members of their respective teams. Maria Sutton, Training Manager added “We are forever adding to the Training Programme, reacting to procedural change internally and externally, I can speak on behalf of all the Training Team that we are delighted with all the Claims Handlers currently, showing extensive industry knowledge and handling claims to the expected Kindertons high standard”.
On the 29th January 2009, Abigail Larvin, Cerys Bailey, Chris Bell & Laura Evans all passed the 3month stage of their Training Programme, congratulations to all of them and they are looking forward to completing the programme and becoming Claims Handlers.

Kindertons Acquire Experience, February 2009.

As a proactive organisation Kindertons are always looking to expand their workforce in all areas, recently Kindertons managed to acquire the services of Megan Campbell as GTA (General Terms of Agreement) Team Leader and Simon Harvey as Senior Recovery Technician.
Both Simon and Megan have extensive backgrounds in the Insurance Market and their overall industry knowledge and experience will prove priceless to Kindertons currently and in the future. A key role for the pair will be to provide technical knowledge to and mentor junior staff to assist their progression and development within the company.
Chris Latham, General Manager added, “Gaining such experience in the office really is an asset to the company and to the other members of staff, Simon and Megan’s roles are very important and this acquisition is a signal of intent of Kindertons continuous growth”.

Reversing the Trend - Kindertons Expands its Operations, January 2009.

In the current climate of downsizing, closures and speculation over the future of many organisations in the automotive marketplace, Kindertons Accident Management are bucking the trend – they’re growing!
They have made 4 new roles and taken on an additional 10 members of staff since October 2008. The new roles include Driver training, HR and Internal trainers.
The volume of vehicle movements is continuing to increase showing a significant rise since last year across the fleet, which has coincided with a growth in Delivery Drivers prompting the appointment of Peter Sinclair as Full Time Driver Trainer responsible for delivering training on company procedures, health and safety and advanced driving techniques.
Coinciding with the changes in the logistics side of Kindertons Ltd, Head Office in Cheshire has also seen internal expansion with a growth in the amount of Claims Handlers due to demanding amounts of claims handled. As a result of the forward thinking and the emphasis on internal growth, Kindertons have appointed Leanne Salmon and Shona Murphy as Training Consultants along with Janet Barton as the Human Resources Manager for the organisation.

Fixture List Awaiting Confirmation, January 2009.
After training sessions in the recent weeks at a secret location in the Heart of Cheshire, Kindertons FC seem to have a very healthy squad of players and preparing thoroughly for the derby game with Swift Hire.
With the squad numbers yet to be registered, there are some very nervous faces around the camp waiting to see if they have made the cut, however due to no confirmation of fixtures between the club and Swift Hire, it could be a nervous wait.
Coaching Staff of Kindertons FC, Stephen Faun and Shaun Ellison are yet to get confirmation on the fixture to be played against competitor and local rival Swift Hire, but are in a confident mood ahead of the big game.
Watch this space for details on where and when the game will be played, however coverage should be available on well-known sports channels globally.
