Claims Assistant x 2 - Invoicing Team, Crewe - INTERNAL APPLICATIONS ONLY |
Applications are invited from internal applicants for the position of Claims Assistant x 2 to assist the Invoicing Team in the compilation of claims accounts. The role is primarily to provide administrative support to the Claims Analysts.
NB: These roles are currently be carried out on a secondment basis and due to the success of the recent trial of these new positions, we are now looking to make these job roles permanent.
You will be responsible for the completion of hire invoice accounts ready for analysis and submission, for contacting repairers to obtain repair invoices and also obtaining the necessary approval from the inspecting engineers.
You will also be responsible for the generation of repair management fee invoices and for dealing with queries relating to outstanding repair invoices, approvals or supplementary invoices.
Hours of work will be 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday and the starting salary is £14,500 per annum.

Taxi Fleet Co-ordinator - based in Crewe |
The Taxi Fleet Team are responsible for arranging the supply of replacement licensed vehicles to taxi, private hire and chauffeur drivers, when their own vehicle has been involved in a road traffic accident.
Kindertons are currently looking for a full-time Taxi Fleet Co-ordinator to join this busy team and the main duties of the role will be to liaise with our clients to obtain details of their requirements and then to arrange with the appropriate Councils and Local Licensing Authorities and our various delivery depots to licence the appropriate vehicles and arrange delivery direct to the client.
The successful applicant will need to possess excellent customer service skills and be able to show the ability to communicate effectively with clients, local Councils and Licensing Authorities. You will be expected to successfully co-ordinate the vehicle deliveries by liaising with our Delivery Depots and Drivers around the country.
You will also be required to update our computer based vehicle management system with the vehicle licensing details, etc, ensuring that the correct details for each vehicle are recorded on the database. Part of your duties will also be to provide general administrative support to the Taxi Fleet Team.
Hours of work will be 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday and the starting salary is £14,500 per annum, rising to £15,500 after 3-months. |

Casual Drivers/Car Movers - Southall and Bristol Areas |
Kindertons are looking to recruit a team of Casual Drivers who will operate on an as required basis to work together wtih our permanent team of drivers to deliver and collect hire vehicles to and from our clients.
There will be no fixed hours or days of work and you would be required to work on a short notice/casual daily basis as and when required to meet the peak demands of our business.
Applicants must have had a full UK or EEC driving licence for at least 5 years. A Clean licence is desirable but a maximum of 3 minor points would be considered.
Applicants must have good customer service skills together with a good geographical knowledge of the area they would be required to work.
Hours of work will be as and when required.
We are currently looking to fill these casual vacancies at our main depots in: Southall and Bristol. |
