Claims Handlers

Kindertons has been at the forefront of motor accident claims management since 1993.  Due to our continued growth we are looking to recruit Claims Handlers to join our friendly team at our Head Office in Crewe.

As a Claims Handler you would be responsible for the clients claim from inception to conclusion ensuring the smooth process of the claim for the client.  Knowledge of the motor accident claims and insurance industry would be an advantage, but not essential.

Key Skills – Good communication and telephone manner. Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. Friendly team player. Initiative and flair.

Full extensive training will be given to the right candidates and In return we offer a salary of £21,000 OTE.

Transport Coordinator

We are looking to recruit a Transport Coordinator to join the friendly team at our depot in Southall, London. Working in a small team you will be supporting the Depot Manager and drivers as they manage the day-to-day requirement of running a busy fleet depot. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, dealing with queries, maintenance of fleet system and ensuring our high level of customer service is maintained.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.00am-5.30pm with some additional overtime and Saturday morning work. Flexibility to these hours will be an advantage.

Rate of pay is very competitive and one of the highest in our industry with performance bonuses additional.

Drivers required at our ATHERSTONE and CHICHESTER depot.

Kindertons is a national company providing accident management and replacement vehicle solutions to innocent parties involved in road traffic accidents. Our company is growing quickly, and to support this growth and to maintain our excellent customer service levels we require additional drivers.

We are looking for fit and active individuals to be responsible for the preparation of our own vehicles and the safe delivery and collection of both our own and clients vehicles. Working mainly on your own but also part of a friendly and supportive depot team you will be the face of Kindertons to our valued customers.

As part of your job you will be required to demonstrate the controls of your delivered vehicles to our clients and also to  ensure they are happy with the level of service we have provided.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. with additional overtime and Saturday work, however flexibility of these hours is a must.

Field Sales Executives

Due to our ongoing expansion we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to act as the link between our Work Providers and our Claims Office. The role will include giving training and advice to existing and potential Work Partners in order to increase the level of business they refer to Kindertons.

This position will involve travel (national) and the ability to work under your own initiative.

Key Responsibilities
To communicate on all levels, from frontline to management
Developing new and existing relationships, key account management
Liaising with work providers on marketing and PR projects
Presentation skills to implement Kindertons’ services and products

Prerequisites
Proven background in Sales and / or the Automotive Industry
Literate in all Microsoft Office Packages
Full UK License (with less than 3 points)
