KINDERTONS ACCIDENT MANAGEMENT continues to gain recognition for its outstanding customer service by being shortlisted for the prestigious Institute of Customer Service (ICS) 2017 Customer Satisfaction Award.

Kindertons was also shortlisted for the 2016 UK Customer Experience Awards and recently awarded the ICS ServiceMark for customer service delivery. The recognition from some of the best customer service providers and benchmark organisations is due to Kindertons’ ‘Driven By You’ initiative, which delivers class leading accident aftercare and mobility solutions to motorists who suffer a road traffic accident.

Kindertons Group Sales Director, Janice Cadden, said: “This is the second national award for customer service that we have made the finals for in the last six months and this is testament to what Kindertons is doing right. We are receiving independent recognition and being shortlisted against some of the biggest brand names in the UK and we are very proud of that.

The Institute of Customer Service 2017 UK Customer Satisfaction Awards were held at the London Hilton Park Lane on Tuesday 7th March. Kindertons was applauded as a finalist in the Customer Focus Award – Large Enterprise. Mitie Client Services won the overall award.

Kindertons recognised staff from the sales, claims, transport, recoveries and training departments by taking them to the event to share in the experience.
