Christophe is responsible for the successful leadership, strategy and management of the business.

Christophe was appointed Managing Director in 2021. Originally joining Kindertons in 1997, he is one of the founding members of staff with a background in Sales, Operations and Automotive. During the early 2000's he was instrumental in growing Kindertons from a regional to a national business, by establishing the London operation in 2003 and subsequently setting up the rest of the depot network. Christophe was also heavily involved in the integration of a number of acquisitions made by the Group and formed part of the Senior Management Team that attracted external investment into Kindertons.


Kathy was appointed Claims and Recoveries Director earlier this year, having joined Kindertons back in 2009 as a Recoveries Admin Assistant. A highly experienced manager with 18 years Credit Hire experience under her belt, Kathy is now responsible for our Live Hire and Recoveries departments, ensuring that everything runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis, that we achieve the optimum results and that ultimately our clients are happy and well looked after. Kathy is passionate about bringing out the best in people, in whatever teams she heads up, and has been instrumental in the growth of the Recoveries function to date.

Group IT Director

Alistair joined Kindertons in May 2020 as Group IT Director.

With over 20 years’ experience in technology delivery, Alistair joined Kindertons in May 2020 as Group IT Director. He has overall responsibility for Application Design & Development, IT Infrastructure and End User Technology/Support. Alistair is responsible for setting and delivering the IT strategy to ensure that the IT function is able to underpin the future growth of the group in its chosen market. Alistair has held senior roles at several organisations prior to Kindertons, including Accenture, Thales and security and authentication firm Giesecke and Devrient, where he was the Chief Technology Officer for the Australian subsidiary of the organisation.


Chris is responsible for defining, delivering, and maintaining the overall strategy for Sales and Marketing. A highly successful leader, Chris joined the business in 2009 and has risen within Kindertons' operational structure, holding senior positions in both the internal claims operation and the external sales function - giving him a balanced and educated view of the motor claims arena. Chris also holds a CII accreditation specialising in motor claims. Chris is instrumental in supporting the company’s continued growth whilst having an ongoing focus on client retention.

JOANNE HARMAN

JOANNE HARMAN

Finance Director

Jo is responsible for having financial oversight of all our group companies.

Jo has been working for the Kindertons Group for six years, joining in 2016 as Group Financial Controller before being promoted to Finance Director in 2018. Jo has over 20 years of finance experience, having qualified as a chartered accountant (ACA) with Ernst & Young in 2000. She has predominantly worked for VC backed entrepreneurial driven companies, including nine years spent at the Caudwell Group. At Kindertons, Jo is responsible for having financial oversight of all our group companies, including budgeting and forecasting, annualising and reporting on the group’s financial performance, as well as providing advice and guidance on the overall financial strategy.


Mark originally joined the company in 1999 and gained valuable experience working in Claims and later in Sales. Having left to become Managing Director of a local taxi credit hire business, he returned to Kindertons in 2010 and took up a senior role within the Transport Department. Now Fleet and Logistics Director, Mark is responsible for overseeing the funding, procurement and logistics for our Fleet and Transport division.
