Since joining ExamWorks UK in 2009, Mike has worked in a number of senior roles across the business.
For the past 7 years as Premex Services Managing Director, Mike led the company through a substantial period of growth and his passion for customer experience and service proposition was pivotal to its success. Mike became Group Managing Director of EWUK in February 2020, which includes the Kindertons Group of companies. Initially as a qualified solicitor, Mike has extensive experience in the personal injury and claims industry and will use his knowledge and expertise to drive the Group’s growth across the sector.
Christophe was appointed Managing Director in 2021. He was previously responsible for the Group’s fleet funding, procurement and logistics and was also heavily involved in the integration of a number of acquisitions made by the Group, including Plantec Assist and Sovereign Automotive. Christophe is one of our longest serving members of staff - originally joining Kindertons in 1997 when the credit hire industry was in its infancy.

Christophe is responsible for the Group’s fleet funding, procurement and logistics.
Group Sales Director
Christian is responsible for defining and delivering the overall strategy for sales.
Christian is responsible for defining and delivering the overall strategy for sales and marketing across the different sectors in which the Group operates. A highly successful senior leader with a strong track record in sales, customer service and general management. Christian is instrumental in supporting the Group’s continued growth through the ongoing focus on strong client retention, market leading customer service and new customer acquisition. Christian was previously Managing Director and co-founder of Jigsaw Law.
With over 20 years’ experience in technology delivery, Alistair joined Kindertons in May 2020 as Group IT Director. He has overall responsibility for Application Design & Development, IT Infrastructure and End User Technology/Support. Alistair is responsible for setting and delivering the IT strategy to ensure that the IT function is able to underpin the future growth of the group in its chosen market. Alistair has held senior roles at several organisations prior to Kindertons, including Accenture, Thales and security and authentication firm Giesecke and Devrient, where he was the Chief Technology Officer for the Australian subsidiary of the organisation.

Group HR Director
Tamsyn is dedicated to delivering strong commercially-focused outcomes for the business.
Tamsyn is responsible for defining and implementing the people strategy that supports the wider ExamWorks UK’s strategic goals, which includes the business objectives set by The Kindertons Group. Tamsyn is a qualified HR professional (FCIPD) and Occupational Psychologist (AFBPsS) who has worked across a variety of business sectors. Starting her career with Royal Mail Group and then Reckitt Benckiser, Tamsyn is dedicated to delivering strong commercially-focused outcomes for the business. Change management and high performance are critical factors to business success and both involve bringing our people with us on the journey.
Mick has been with the business 12 years and has worked as a Senior Leader across both Claims and Recoveries, including a secondment to Plantec Assist in 2014. Experienced in Project Management and Business Change with a strong track record of delivering results, Mick is responsible for the leadership of our FNOL, Customer Service Centre, Repair Network, Performance; MI, Customer Experience; Business Change business areas. Mick’s experience within Credit Hire stretches back to 2003 having spent 6 years with the Direct Line Group and has built many key relationships over time with our Work Providers and Insurers. He started his career in Banking and spent 6 years there before moving into insurance.

Mick leads all of our FNOL, Customer Service Centre, Repair Networks, Performance MI, Customer Experience, Business Change Programmes.
General Counsel and Head of Compliance
Caroline advises the wider ExamWorks group in respect of a wide range of legal and compliance matters.
Caroline joined the company in 2009 and advises the wider ExamWorks group in respect of a wide range of legal and compliance matters. Caroline is responsible for driving forward the ExamWorks compliance and risk management programme, helping to ensure that the company ethos of continual improvement and active risk management is the forefront of the group strategy. Caroline qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and spent seven years as a corporate lawyer in Manchester, initially with Brabners Chaffe Street and latterly as an associate with DLA Piper.
Having qualified as a solicitor in 2008, Lucy spent 11 years as a Claimant PI Lawyer at Horwich Farrelly. In 2016, Lucy joined the Examworks group as Head of Claims for Plantec Assist Limited, during which time the company went from strength to strength, winning a British Insurance Award. She moved over to Kindertons Accident Management in March 2020, initially as Claims Ops Director and then as of July 2020, Claims Director. Lucy is a member of the GTA Technical Committee.

Lucy has full responsibility and oversight for our Live Hire Claims, Self Drive, Insurer Solutions and Recoveries functions.
Finance Director
Jo is responsible for having financial oversight of all our group companies.
Jo has been working for the Kindertons Group for six years, joining in 2016 as Group Financial Controller before being promoted to Finance Director in 2018. Jo has over 20 years of finance experience, having qualified as a chartered accountant (ACA) with Ernst & Young in 2000. She has predominantly worked for VC backed entrepreneurial driven companies, including nine years spent at the Caudwell Group. At Kindertons, Jo is responsible for having financial oversight of all our group companies, including budgeting and forecasting, annualising and reporting on the group’s financial performance, as well as providing advice and guidance on the overall financial strategy.
